Academy of Inventive Design and Technology brings to life the finest technical drawings by South Africa’s aspiring imaginations. This belief — to enable young minds with the skill to draught the present, and re-design the future — is held by all members of Academy IDT’s staff, and so too must be held by all potential graduates. Academy IDT’s combined years of experience, accumulated by its founders, directors, advisors and lecturers amounts to innumerable years of insight into both the educational and industrial aspects of draughting.   Academy IDT is not registered on the SAQA framework but Academy IDT is proud to say that it has training product approval from SAID (South African Institute of Draughting)and students write national examinations at accredited examination centres — a process through which national qualifications are awarded.  The chief objective is to maintain relevance to the world of work.
